16 Ways to Practice Creative Care for Eco Anxiety in Victoria BC

Last weekend, I led an expressive arts event for BC Culture Days at the gardens at HCP to take good care of eco anxiety.
Do you experience worry about the climate crisis? You are not alone.
After cherishing this time to explore eco anxiety and eco grief through connection, mindfulness, and singing, I compiled the following list of organizations and initiatives folks might wish to connect with in pursuit of creative care for eco anxiety.
They say the antidote to despair is action! After taking a moment to honour how you're feeling, I encourage you to randomly choose a number from 1-17, or peruse the list and see what feels right for you.
