Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING: -If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so with 48 business hours notice. This allows me to fill your spot with another singer. If you do not cancel with 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee, and if you have already paid, you will not be refunded. -Rescheduling your lesson is possible via the student portal online, and is subject to availability of time slots. -Last minute cancellations due to an emergency will be made up if lesson slots are available. -In-person lessons canceled last-minute due to illness or travel can be done online instead, so you don’t lose your spot! -Lessons ABP Music Studio needs to reschedule will be guaranteed to be made up. ILLNESS: Please do not come to in-person lessons if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID19 or a cold or flu. Let me know, and we can have the lesson via zoom instead, or if you're not well enough, reschedule. RESPECT, CARE & COMMUNICATION: ABP Music Studio is committed to creating a respectful and caring environment. As such, there is a zero tolerance policy for homophobia, transphobia, bigotry, bullying, racism, vandalism, or harassment of any kind. Communication will be primarily via email. Please don’t DM me important information or requests via Instagram - send them to my email instead so I can give them the attention they deserve! REFUNDS: ABP Music Studio does not typically offer refunds. It is the clients responsibility to confirm they understand what they are signing up for, including reading through all of the studio policies.
